Places to Stay
Not everyone is fortunate enough to live in Norwich. If you
need some accommodation there’s a few options for a range of budgets, some
within walking distance of King’s. Some suggestions are below, but do look at www.visitnorwich.co.uk for plenty more
ideas.
- Holiday Inn Norwich City: this is in a great location for King’s- a 10 minute walk away. Its also close to the train station, right next to the Norwich Canaries Football ground and not far from the river Yare. http://www.holidayinn-norwichcity.co.uk
- Premier Inn Norwich Nelson: Right next to the river and a 5 minute walk from King’s. Has a restaurant and Costa coffee attached. Just across the river from the train station and bus stops. www.premierinn.com/en/hotel/NORNEL/norwich-nelson-city-centre
- Maids Head Hotel: A beautiful historic hotel; the oldest in the UK! Look out for offers on their website: www.maidsheadhotel.co.uk
- Oakland’s Hotel: Has a range of bedrooms for a range of prices. This is a nice hotel near a great pub! A 10 minute drive from King's http://www.oaklands-hotel.co.uk/
- B+B’s and Guesthouses: There are lots of these close to the city centre or on the bus route in, see http://www.visitnorwich.co.uk/stay/#t=b-and-b-and-guesthouses for some suggestions
